Dennis Ferguson

Partner/Attorney at Law

Dennis V. Ferguson received his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, Seattle, Washington, in 1983, after receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana State University, Terre Haute, Indiana, in 1980.  Additionally, Mr. Ferguson completed the Judge Advocate General (JAG) Basic Course from the University of Virginia in 1985.

Mr. Ferguson was admitted to the State of Indiana Bar in 1984 along with admission to the United States Federal Court for both the Northern and Southern Districts. In 1985, Mr. Ferguson was admitted to the United States Court of Military Appeals, and in 1986, he was admitted to the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Ferguson has over 25 years of legal experience in Indiana. He specializes in handling high volume foreclosure matters along with streamlining processes and overseeing the day to day operations. He represents national mortgage lenders, servicers,   and other financial entities. He is currently focusing his time and talents on growing the business for the firm.

Prior to joining Bleecker Brodey and Andrews, in 2010, Mr. Ferguson served as  Member and Senior  Indiana Counsel for the Cincinnati based law firm of Reisenfeld and Associates.  While there, Mr. Ferguson represented creditor’s rights in both foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings. He has also taught courses in the subjects of real estate foreclosures and title issues.

Mr. Ferguson has also served as a Senior Administrative Law Judge for the State of Indiana Board of Tax Commissioner presiding over complex commercial and residential real property matters.  Additionally, Mr. Ferguson served as a U.S. Army criminal defense attorney for three years.
