Andrews & Cox, P.C. d/b/a Bleecker Brodey & Andrews was formed in 1980, giving us more than 30 years experience in collection, foreclosure, and creditor's rights in bankruptcy. Julia M. Andrews

Partner, Compliance Manager, Attorney at Law
Julia (“Julie”) Andrews received her law degree from Indiana University School of Law Indianapolis, in 2003, and her bachelors degree in Geography and Classical Studies/Archaeology from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana in 1999.  Julie is a certified mediator and admitted to practice in the states of Illinois, Indiana and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

At an early age, Julie began working for the firm on a part-time basis as a file clerk, eventually joining the firm full-time in 2003, as an attorney.  Julie practices in the areas of creditors’ rights, collections, foreclosure and creditors’ rights in bankruptcy. 

Julie is a past President of the Indiana Creditor’s Bar Association.  She is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, Women in Law Association, Hamilton County Bar Association, National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys and the Commercial Law League of America.

As a stress reliever, Julie enjoys working outside in her garden, playing video games, and traveling.
